Bookings at The Art Room

​

Bookings are made via email. If you wish to enquire about a workshop, or if you wish to book a place, email Sarah: theartroomenquiries@btinternet.com. You will be sent a Booking Form to be completed and returned by email, and an invoice requiring payment in full by BACS transfer by a given date. You will also be asked to sign to confirm you have read the 'Terms of Business' which are on this website here.

 

Once Sarah has received a completed Booking Form and payment, you will be sent a confirmation email and your booking will be complete. You will be sent an email in the days prior to the session as a reminder and with any additional detail that may be useful to you including directions and emergency contact numbers.

 

Gift Vouchers

As a really special present for a child or children you know, gift vouchers for The Art Room are availble to buy. Pre-paid by you at the time of purchase, a voucher can be used by the recipient as payment for a workshop or workshops, availability allowing. Contact Sarah by email for more information and to buy a voucher. (Terms apply.)

 

Directions

The Art Room is located in South Worcestershire just south of the village of Welland (WR13 6BU) in Castlemorton, approximately 5 miles from Great Malvern. Full directions will be given when you book.

 

Health, Safety and Peace of Mind

The Art Room is clean and hygienic with facilities to wash and dry hands. Sarah holds full public liability insurance, a First Aid certificate and an Enhanced DBS Certificate which you are invited to view as part of the booking process (and which you an find at the bottom of the Terms of Business page here).
